Shipping within Australia

We currently ship throughout Australia.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after the order has been placed and payment has been confirmed.

Estimated delivery time is approximately 2–7 business days, depending on the destination, courier service and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during public holidays, promotional periods, severe weather, courier delays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Free shipping is available on eligible Australian orders over $50.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order.

If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is provided, additional delivery charges may apply if the order needs to be redirected or resent.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If an order appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

• Photos of the damaged goods and/or packaging where applicable

We will investigate the matter with the relevant courier and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.
