How to Use
Use Spiceworks Greek Takeaway Gyro Seasoning as a versatile Greek gyro seasoning for chicken, lamb, beef, seafood, vegetables and potatoes. For an easy gyro marinade, mix 2 tablespoons of seasoning with olive oil and lemon juice, then rub evenly over chicken, lamb, beef or seafood. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for a stronger flavour, before grilling, roasting or barbecuing.
