These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Spiceworks website and purchases made through the website.

The website is operated by MEHDI S PTY LTD (ABN 86 164 673 152; ACN 164 673 152) trading as Spiceworks. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

2. Website Information

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, ingredients, images, prices, availability and other website information are accurate and up to date. However, minor errors or variations may occasionally occur.

Product packaging may also be updated from time to time. Customers should review the physical product label before use, particularly where ingredient, allergen or dietary information is important.

3. Food, Ingredients and Allergens

Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredient and allergen information before purchasing or consuming a product.

4. Orders

Submitting an order through the website does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD).

Our current spice and seasoning products are GST-free, so GST is not added to those product prices.

If GST applies to any product offered in the future, the displayed price will include the applicable GST.

Applicable shipping charges are displayed or calculated during checkout.

Prices and promotions may change from time to time.

6. Payment

Payment must be completed through the payment methods made available at checkout.

Current payment providers include Shopify Payments and PayPal.

Available payment methods may change from time to time and may be subject to the relevant provider’s own terms and privacy practices.

7. Product Availability

Products are subject to availability. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the item.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a refund or replacement where agreed.

8. Shipping

Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy.

Our standard processing time is generally 1–2 business days, with estimated Australian delivery of approximately 2–7 business days, depending on destination and courier service.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, replacements and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law rights.

10. Customer Accounts

Customer-account functionality is available on the website, although customers are not required to sign in to place an order.

If you use a customer account, you are responsible for:
