How to Use
Use Spiceworks Authentic Lebanese Chicken Shawarma Seasoning as a flavourful chicken shawarma seasoning for grilled, roasted or BBQ chicken, as well as lamb, beef and vegetables. For an easy shawarma marinade, mix 1–2 tablespoons of seasoning with olive oil, lemon juice and yogurt, coat the chicken evenly and allow it to rest before grilling or roasting.

For a simple dry rub, apply the Lebanese shawarma seasoning directly to chicken before cooking to create a rich, smoky-style crust. It can also be sprinkled over lamb, beef or vegetables for shawarma-style wraps and bowls, making it a versatile Middle Eastern seasoning for chicken, lamb and beef.
